Petroleum Insights CRM offers ERP system integration to give petroleum marketers’ marketing, sales, customer service and support teams real-time, remote access to order history, company-wide prospect and customer communications as well as the ability to place orders.
Leveraging 28 years of experience serving the petroleum marketing industry, DM2 has tailored Petroleum Insights CRM’s menus, screens and workflows, and added options like Chevron Project Transform metrics and dashboards, DocuSign electronic signature capture and equipment management and major oil sales process-based workflows to meet the unique needs of petroleum marketers.
Combined with standard features like Case Management, MailChimp marketing automation integration and New Customer Welcome and Onboarding communication workflows, Petroleum Insights CRM has all the tools marketing, sales, customer service and support professionals need to gain and retain more business. Chambers began his career in 1996 and has led over 100 CRM implementations and has been involved in hundreds of other CRM-related projects. Chambers immediately added Danny Wheeler to the group. Wheeler, another CRM industry veteran with 7-plus years’ experience working with both Sage CRM and SalesForce.com, will be focused on working with prospective and existing customers to implement DM2’s Petroleum Insights CRM solutions.
