What: Tenth annual Biomass Conference & Expo, produced by Biomass Magazine and organized by BBI International—the publisher of Biodiesel Magazine and Ethanol Producer Magazine—begins next week.
Where: The conference will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center, in downtown Minneapolis.
When: The conference takes place April 10 – 12. Hours are Monday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, Tuesday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm and Wednesday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Who: This event brings current and future producers of bioenergy and biobased products together with waste generators, energy crop growers, municipal leaders, utility executives, technology providers, equipment manufacturers, project developers, investors and policy makers. The 2017 program will include 30-plus panels and more than 100 speakers, including 90 technical presentations on a wide range of topics.
Why: With four tracks focused on pellets and densified biomass, industrial and commercial thermal energy, biomass power, biogas and landfill gas, and advanced biofuels and biobased chemicals, attendees will be able to go in-depth on relevant and interesting topics. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with producers from different parts of the industry through multiple networking sessions.
